The base is provisional for now: the mean of every day since 27 October (2 days). The final base is 2–29 November 2026; it is fixed on 30 November and the values are recalculated.

Freelance orders
Panel boards: kwork.ru, fl.ru, freelancehunt.com.
How the index works
- It counts new Russian-language vacancies and orders published each day on a fixed panel of boards. Sources added later never enter it: it follows the market, not our coverage.
- A day's value is the mean of the last seven days. The index is that mean divided by the mean of the base period, times 100.
- Posts flagged as junk or scam, and those the model is sure are not posts, are not counted. The last two days are recalculated as late posts arrive.
