**We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager** to join our professional team in the United Arab Emirates. This role is suited to a strong leader who can manage business activities, improve operational systems, supervise employees, and ensure that company objectives are achieved efficiently.
**Location:** Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
**Salary:** AED 17,000 – 25,000 per month
**Job Type:** Full-Time
**Experience:** 6–10 Years
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily business operations and ensure all activities run smoothly.
* Develop and execute operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
* Supervise department managers and coordinate cross-functional teams.
* Establish operational policies, procedures, and performance standards.
* Manage departmental budgets, operating expenses, and resource allocation.
* Review business performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
* Identify operational weaknesses and implement practical improvement plans.
* Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines and business targets are achieved.
* Maintain effective relationships with suppliers, clients, and business partners.
* Ensure operations comply with company policies and applicable UAE regulations.
* Support strategic planning and contribute to long-term organizational growth.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Operations Management.
* 6–10 years of relevant professional experience.
* Proven experience in operations leadership or business management.
* Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
* Excellent communication and team management skills.
* Knowledge of budgeting, operational planning, and performance monitoring.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve complex business problems.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant management software.
* MBA or professional management certification is an advantage.
