THE TEAM You will be part of the Engineering team, working closely with operational departments to maintain the highest standards of safety, functionality and guest comfort across the property. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will support the day-to-day management of engineering operations and contribute to the effective maintenance of all facilities, equipment and building systems. YOUR ROLE As Plant Supervisor - Engineering, you will help ensure the efficient operation, maintenance and reliability of the property's mechanical, electrical and utility systems. You will supervise engineering activities, support preventative maintenance programs and collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain a safe, compliant and exceptional environment for guests and associates. HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE Supervise the daily operation and maintenance of plant equipment, utilities and building systems. Support the planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Monitor equipment performance and assist in resolving technical issues to minimize operational disruptions. Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations and company standards. Coordinate with external contractors and service providers when required. Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspections and operational documentation. COULD THIS BE YOU? You have experience supervising engineering, maintenance or plant operations within a hospitality, commercial or industrial environment. You possess strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and utility systems. You demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. You are able to prioritize tasks effectively and respond calmly in a fast-paced environment. You communicate confidently and collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments.
