Location:Gdansk or Warsaw Key Responsibilities & Required Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server administration and architecture. Experience in SQL performance tuning and query optimisation. Hands-on experience with database backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning. Knowledge of high availability technologies, including replication and log shipping. Experience in database maintenance, monitoring, and capacity management. Good understanding of database structures, indexes, file groups, and memory management. Experience working with Windows Server environments. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Good to Have: Oracle Database Administration experience. Database migration and upgrade experience. Experience supporting 24/7 mission-critical environments. Knowledge of ITIL processes and change management. Shell scripting and automation experience. Pre-sales or transition management experience.
