**Role Purpose**
Riyadh Cables Group is seeking a mid-level **AI & Machine Learning Developer** to join the Application Delivery team.
The role focuses on designing, building, and integrating Agentic AI & Generative AI (GenAI) solutions into the company's enterprise applications, working closely with the Application Delivery Manager and coordinating with third-party AI vendors to deliver practical, business-driven AI use cases across manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions.
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
* Manage and Control GenAI Enterprise Platform: User Management, Integration, Access Control, and consumption Management.
* Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI (GenAI) applications using large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, Gemini for business use cases (e.g., document intelligence, chatbots, copilots, process automation).
* Build and maintain Agentic AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel including planner, retriever, executor, and validator agent patterns.
* Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
* Integrate AI agents and models with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, internal applications, APIs, and databases) to automate workflows and support digital transformation initiatives.
* Develop and expose AI capabilities through APIs/microservices (Python, FastAPI, or Flask) for consumption by internal applications.
* Collaborate with and manage day-to-day technical coordination with third-party AI vendors/partners, reviewing deliverables, testing integrations, and ensuring solutions meet internal standards.
* Conduct testing, validation, and performance tuning of AI models and agentic workflows to ensure reliability, security, and scalability.
* Document technical designs, workflows, and integration architecture for internal knowledge sharing and audit purposes.
**Job Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
* 3 – 5 years of overall software/ application development experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI and/ or Agentic AI framework and projects.
* Exposure to enterprise systems integration (SAP or similar ERP) is advantageous.
**Skills and Competencies:**
* Knowledge of data privacy, security, and responsible AI principles.
* Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) to liaise with internal teams and external AI vendors.
* Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently on assigned tasks within a team structure.
