We are a leading luxury interior design and build company, recognised for delivering exceptional high-end residential, retail and commercial projects. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and creative Architect/Interior Designer to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will bring a fresh, contemporary design approach to shaping refined, high-quality interior and architectural projects, taking them from initial concept through to flawless completion. You will work alongside designers, architects and project teams to turn ambitious ideas into beautifully executed spaces.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead interior and architectural projects, ensuring innovative and functional design solutions
* Develop creative, high-quality interior design concepts for luxury residential, retail and commercial projects, from initial brief through to completion.
* Prepare mood boards, concept presentations, space plans, 3D visuals and renders to communicate design intent to clients.
* Produce detailed drawings, layouts, elevations, schedules and technical packages for internal teams, contractors and site use.
* Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures and fittings in line with the design concept and budget.
* Source and liaise with suppliers, vendors and craftspeople, ensuring quality, availability and timely delivery.
* Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, engineers and the project and site teams to ensure designs are feasible and well integrated.
* Attend client meetings, present design proposals and incorporate feedback with professionalism.
* Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design queries and ensure work is executed to the approved design and quality standards.
* Support the preparation of cost estimates, BOQs and procurement documentation, helping projects stay on budget and on schedule.
* Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations and authority requirements.
* Keep up to date with design trends, materials and technologies, and contribute fresh ideas to the team.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
* Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury interior design
* Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end residential and/or commercial projects
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Adobe Creative Suite (or similar tools)
* Excellent attention to detail and strong aesthetic sensibility
* Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
