Model: remote Engagement: full-time Responsibilities: Supervising selected delivery activities related to building new integrations and connected applications Ensuring that teams follow established application delivery standards (project lifecycle standard, e.g. project management, ITIL processes) Keeping active communication with project stakeholders and the delivery team, ensuring alignment and proactive problem resolution Coordinating release activities across project, development, testing, operations and business teams – task planning, resource coordination, deployment oversight Identifying and managing release risks, creating rollback plans and recommending mitigation actions Monitoring release-process KPIs and reporting delivery and release status to stakeholders Requirements: Hands-on, practical experience with business applications (delivery, rollout, maintenance) Proven experience in software delivery as a Delivery Manager or Release Manager, or alternatively as an Operations Manager in an IT environment Good knowledge of the project lifecycle and project management practices Working knowledge of ITIL processes (change, release, incident management) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including on the client side Assertiveness and confidence – not afraid to challenge decisions, set boundaries and escalate issues A proactive, hands-on attitude and the ability to pull things forward without waiting for instructions Fluent English We offer: B2B contract (rate negotiated individually, up to 170PLN net/h + VAT) Fully remote service delivery Broad range of projects (internal, international) - genuine variety of clients and tasks Budget for skills development and certifications as part of the collaboration Regular collaboration reviews and discussion of project scope Additional benefits available as part of the collaboration Networking and team-building events for project teams
