We provide experienced consultants who work directly with our clients, supporting complex initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes. **Role Overview** Albany Beck is seeking an experienced **Delivery Lead / Project Delivery Manager** to support a major global banking client expanding its Change Execution & Performance capability in Krakow. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex change initiatives across the bank's Value Streams, working closely with business, technology and operational teams to ensure successful delivery against agreed objectives, timelines and outcomes. This is a hands-on delivery leadership position requiring an individual who can take ownership of projects and significant workstreams, manage multiple stakeholders, maintain strong governance and drive delivery in a complex banking environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Banking or Financial Services, with proven experience delivering technology, operational, regulatory or business transformation initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, workstreams and change initiatives from initiation through to implementation. * Develop, manage and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, deliverables and dependencies. * Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations and third-party providers. * Manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies (RAID), ensuring appropriate mitigation and escalation. * Establish and maintain effective project governance, reporting frameworks and delivery controls. * Prepare and present project updates, delivery progress and key risks to senior stakeholders, Working Groups and Steering Committees. * Drive stakeholder engagement across multiple business functions, ensuring alignment on priorities, objectives and expected outcomes. * Manage scope, resource allocation, delivery priorities and change control. * Identify delivery blockers and proactively coordinate their resolution to maintain project momentum. * Work closely with Business Analysts, PMOs, Product Owners, technical teams and senior leadership. * Maintain accurate project documentation, tracking and reporting using Jira, Confluence and other delivery management tools. * Oversee project progress against agreed milestones, deliverables and business outcomes. * Support business readiness, implementation planning and transition into business-as-usual operations. * Manage competing priorities across multiple concurrent workstreams. * Apply Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies depending on project requirements. * Ensure appropriate controls, documentation and governance standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. **Required Experience** * Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Project Manager, Delivery Manager or Workstream Lead within complex change or transformation environments. * Strong experience within **Banking or Financial Services**, ideally delivering large-scale technology, business transformation, operational or regulatory change. * Demonstrable track record of taking ownership of projects or significant workstreams from initiation through to successful delivery. * Excellent project governance and delivery management capabilities, including RAID management, milestone tracking, dependency management and escalation. * Practical experience using **Jira and Confluence** to manage project delivery, documentation and reporting. * Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies. * Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders across business, technology and operational functions. * Experience preparing and presenting project updates to senior management, governance forums and Steering Committees. * Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. * Ability to work independently, take accountability for delivery and drive outcomes within a complex environment. **Desirable Experience** * Previous experience delivering change within a global banking organisation. * Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or delivery workstreams. * Exposure to regulatory change, operational transformation or technology implementation programmes. * Budget management, resource planning and financial oversight. * Experience coordinating geographically distributed and cross-functional teams. * Third-party supplier and vendor management. * Business readiness, implementation and transition management. * Executive-level reporting and Steering Committee engagement. * Knowledge of AI-enabled productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
