**Role Description** The Videographer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. The Videographer will plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content to support PSI’s real estate marketing, brand storytelling, and internal communications. Daily tasks include operating cameras and related equipment, setting up lighting for indoor and outdoor shoots, filming properties, events, and interviews, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to translate project briefs into compelling visual outputs. The role also involves organizing footage, assisting with basic editing and post-production, and ensuring all content aligns with PSI’s brand guidelines and quality standards. The Videographer is expected to work closely with various departments to capture content that highlights PSI’s portfolio, services, and corporate identity.
**Qualifications**
* Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production, including planning shoots, organizing footage, and supporting post-production workflows.
* Candidates should possess hands-on skills in Camera Operation and Camera handling, with the ability to use professional video cameras and related equipment effectively.
* Candidates should possess practical skills in Lighting and Shooting Video, including setting up and adjusting lighting for various environments and capturing high-quality footage.
* Relevant experience in real estate, marketing, or corporate videography is beneficial, along with basic video editing proficiency and familiarity with industry-standard software.
* A diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred, as well as strong visual storytelling abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing project requirements is essential.
