Since its founding in 2012, Forte has completed projects in 30 countries across five continents with our main offices in Amsterdam and Warsaw supported by regional offices in Ireland, Australia and France. **Company:** Forte Renewables **Location:** Eastern Germany (Brandenburg / Mecklenburg-Vorpommern) **Work model:** Hybrid / Remote with regular site visits **Contract:** Employment Contract or B2B **Working time:** Full-time We are looking for a **Construction Project Engineer / Technical Advisor** to support three onshore wind farm projects in Eastern Germany, contribute to international renewable energy projects and support the development of our business in Germany. The position offers an opportunity to combine technical expertise with business development and potential future leadership responsibilities. **Your Responsibilities** Technical Advisory – Wind Projects in Germany (2–3 days/week): * Monitoring construction progress, quality, safety and compliance across three onshore wind farms (27 WTGs – Vestas and Nordex) near Prenzlau, Pasewalk and Penkun. * Conducting regular site inspections (typically 1–2 days per week). * Reviewing technical documentation, construction designs, permits and project schedules. * Identifying technical risks, quality issues and non-conformities. * Participating in client meetings and preparing technical reports. **International Project Support (1–2 Days/week)** * Providing technical advisory support for international renewable energy projects. * Reviewing engineering documentation and supporting project teams. * Participating in remote meetings and occasional international site visits. **Business Development – Germany (approx. 1 Day/week)** * Supporting the identification of new business opportunities in Germany. * Building relationships with potential clients and industry partners. * Supporting technical proposals and business development activities. * Contributing to the growth of Forte Renewables' German operations, with the potential to take on team leadership responsibilities in the future. **Our Requirements** * Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (5+ preferred) in renewable energy or infrastructure construction. * Proven experience in onshore wind farm construction projects in Germany. * Good knowledge of civil, electrical and mechanical works, including BoP and WTG installation. * Familiarity with German construction regulations, permitting and HSE requirements. * German language proficiency – minimum B2 and good command of English. * Driving licence (Category B) and willingness to travel regularly to project sites. * Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills. * Interest in business development and long-term professional growth. **Nice To Have** * Experience as an Owner's Engineer, Technical Advisor or Construction Supervisor. * Experience in solar PV or BESS projects. * Knowledge of the German renewable energy market and client relationships. **What We Offer** * Employment contract or B2B cooperation. * Full-time role with a flexible hybrid working model. * Opportunity to work on German and international renewable energy projects. * Potential career development towards a leadership / Country Manager role in Germany. * Competitive remuneration negotiated individually, depending on experience and cooperation model. * Reimbursement of agreed business travel expenses. * Supportive international team and long-term development opportunities.
