An exciting opportunity to join an established London-based boutique Corporate Finance firm, offering genuine flexibility, autonomy and exposure to an ambitious growth strategy.
The business specialises in sell-side M&A, predominantly across IT Services, Technology, Cyber Security and Telecommunications, with transactions typically in the lower mid-market range.
Having completed multiple transactions so far in 2026, the firm is now looking to expand into larger transactions, targeting the £10m to £50m market, alongside developing its international capabilities and presence in Artificial Intelligence, Data and Energy.
The Opportunity
Working within a small, experienced team, you will:
* Lead and execute sell-side M&A transactions from initial engagement through to completion.
* Build relationships with business owners, investors and professional advisers.
* Support business development and transaction origination.
* Gain exposure to larger, more complex and potentially cross-border transactions.
* Contribute ideas to the firm's continued growth and development.
What We're Looking For
An experienced Corporate Finance professional operating at Senior Manager level, with a strong background in M&A execution, commercial awareness and the confidence to manage client relationships independently.
Experience originating opportunities would be advantageous, alongside an interest in developing new sectors and markets.
