Data Architect For our client, we are looking for an experienced Enterprise Data Architect to lead the definition and implementation of enterprise-wide data architecture for a complex, multi-entity organization. In this role, you will translate business and data strategy into a coherent target architecture, establish common data models and integration standards, and define a phased transition roadmap—ensuring interoperability, data consistency, and trust across all business units. Your Responsibilities: Assess the existing data landscape across business units, including platforms, models, integrations, dependencies, and data ownership. Define enterprise data architecture principles, standards, and target-state architectures. Develop conceptual and logical data models, canonical models, and common definitions for priority data domains. Establish integration patterns, interoperability standards (APIs, event-driven, batch), and federated architecture governance. Identify architecture gaps, migration priorities, and dependencies to deliver an actionable, phased transition roadmap. Key Requirements & Technologies: Proven track record in Enterprise Data Architecture within complex, multi-entity or large-scale corporate environments. Deep expertise in conceptual and logical data modeling, as well as canonical data models. Solid experience in Cloud / Hybrid Data Architecture, Data Lakehouses, and Modern Data Warehouses. Practical understanding of integration paradigms: APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, and Batch pipelines. Knowledge of Data Governance frameworks, Metadata Management, Data Lineage, and Master Data Management (MDM). High proficiency in English (B2/C1) for seamless daily collaboration with international business and technical stakeholders. Project Setup & Offer: Rate: Up to 200 – 230 PLN/h net + VAT (B2B) Location: Remote (with a mandatory 1-week on-site onboarding in Riyadh) Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: B2B Contract
