Responsibilities
The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day treasury operations and maintaining accurate financial data across the company.
Main responsibilities include:
managing daily cash positions and monitoring liquidity across different entities, bank accounts and currencies;
preparing short-term cash-flow forecasts and analysing variances;
supporting cash placements, maturity management and investment performance tracking;
monitoring foreign exchange exposure and supporting currency conversions;
managing relationships with banks, including account administration, KYC, access rights and documentation;
processing banking transactions and maintaining supporting documentation;
preparing regular treasury reports and ensuring financial data is complete, accurate and auditable;
investigating discrepancies and supporting internal and external audits;
maintaining and improving treasury controls, procedures and documentation;
identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation and better data quality;
supporting the implementation and testing of automated treasury processes;
analysing payment and monetisation data, including payment provider costs;
collaborating with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Payroll and other internal teams.
Requirements
Candidates should have:
3–5 years of experience in Treasury, payments or financial operations;
fluent English;
practical knowledge of cash management, banking, investments and foreign exchange;
strong analytical and reporting skills;
advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills;
a good understanding of financial controls and segregation of duties;
ability to independently manage recurring financial processes;
strong attention to detail and an interest in improving existing processes.
Nice to have
Experience with SQL or BI tools will be an advantage.
Knowledge of ERP or Treasury Management Systems, banking platforms, workflow tools or payment providers is also considered a plus.
