**Role Description** The Intake Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta, GA. This position is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients, gathering essential case information, and assessing qualification criteria for motor vehicle accident retainers. The specialist will guide prospects through intake questions, explain services clearly, and ensure accurate data entry into CRM or intake systems. Daily tasks include following up on leads, meeting call volume and conversion targets, collaborating with team members to improve scripts and workflows, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality. The role requires consistent, reliable attendance and a strong focus on providing a positive experience for every prospective client.
**Qualifications**
* Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and speak clearly and professionally on the phone.
* Sales and customer service experience, including lead qualification, handling objections, and meeting or exceeding performance targets.
* Proficiency with CRM or intake software, basic data entry skills, and comfort working with digital tools in a fast-paced environment.
* Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple calls, tasks, and follow-ups efficiently.
* Knowledge of or interest in the legal or personal injury field, with the ability to learn intake criteria and compliance requirements.
* High level of integrity, respect for client confidentiality, and ability to work effectively with a diverse range of clients and colleagues.
* Availability to work full-time on-site in Atlanta, GA; prior experience in call center, intake, or inside sales environments is preferred.
* High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in sales, business, or legal support is a plus.
