**Role Description** The Human Resources Manager will lead and oversee HR operations for PSI, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and local regulations. This full-time, on-site role is based in Abu Dhabi and involves managing end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and HR policy development. The role includes partnering with department heads to identify workforce needs, support talent development, and drive employee engagement initiatives. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for maintaining accurate HR records, preparing HR reports and analytics, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. Day-to-day tasks will involve advising managers on HR best practices, resolving employee queries and concerns, coordinating training programs with the Learning & Development team, and supporting change management and organizational improvement activities.
**Qualifications**
* Candidates should possess strong human resources management skills, including experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
* Candidates should possess abilities in policy development, HR processes, and compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
* Candidates should possess skills in communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management across diverse teams.
* Candidates should possess competencies in data analysis, HR reporting, and use of HRIS or other HR-related software tools.
* Candidates should possess experience in training coordination, talent development, and supporting organizational change and engagement initiatives.
* Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage.
* Prior experience in a managerial HR role, preferably within real estate, property management, or a similar fast-paced, client-focused industry.
* Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, with a proactive, ethical, and solutions-oriented approach and respect for diversity and inclusive workplace practices.
