Job Summary
We are engaging experienced QuickBooks Accounting Specialists to support an AI training project. In this role, you'll use your day-to-day QuickBooks experience to review accounting workflows, validate financial data, and identify inconsistencies to help improve AI systems.
Responsibilities
Work with QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop .
Manage invoicing, bill payments, and bank reconciliations.
Generate and review P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
Maintain the Chart of Accounts, customer records, and vendor records.
Review accounting workflows and identify errors or inconsistencies.
Validate financial data for accuracy and completeness.
Apply accounting best practices when reviewing financial workflows.
Requirements
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop.
Strong bookkeeping or accounting background.
Experience with financial reporting and account reconciliations.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to independently review accounting workflows and financial data.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a Bookkeeper, Accountant, Finance Professional, or Small Business Owner .
Experience managing multiple clients or business entities.
Familiarity with financial compliance and accounting best practices.
Experience with AI training, data annotation, or financial data evaluation is a plus.
