Founded in 1871, the company generated sales of €19.7 billion in 2025 and currently employs around 78,000 people in 54 countries and markets. **Description;** * Developing and implementing sales strategies for Truck Tire leasing companies and fleet customers in line with company objectives, ensuring effective execution and sustainable business growth * Achieving sales targets (unit sales, turnover, market share and profitability) * Managing demand forecasting and order planning by considering season, market trends, stock availability and business requirements * Conducting regular customer visits, business reviews and contract negotiations with leasing companies and fleet customers * Managing collections and receivables processes * Monitoring developments in the leasing and truck market, identifying new business opportunities, expanding the customer base and driving sustainable growth * Working closely with cross functional teams * Developing, enhancing and optimizing tools and processes to improve operational efficiency **Qualifications;** * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering departments * Min 3 years of working experience in sales * Excellent command of written and spoken English * Native-level proficiency in Turkish * Strong analytical and problem solving & negotiation skills, communication skills and high sense of responsibility * Advance knowledge of MS Office applications especially in Excel **What are we offering?** * Training opportunities and certification programs * 1 day off on your birthday * Comprehensive health insurance package * Life insurance * Private pension plan * Food voucher * Performance based bonus system * Company car * Travel allowance **_Apply Now!
