**About Your Company**
King Deux is partnering with a family office rooted in Hong Kong for the expansion of its investment team. Supported by strong LPs with over 2B USD AUM deployed and growing, the team runs a discretionary mandate across global private markets, deploying capital via multi-strategy fund commitments and direct investments. **About your role**
* Conduct in-depth research and analysis on private market opportunities across geographies, sectors, and asset classes.
* Build detailed financial models to support investment underwriting and due diligence processes.
* Assist in evaluating and executing Direct Investment (frontier technology growth equity / pre-IPO) and fund/co-investment opportunities.
* Prepare investment memos, presentations, and materials for IC discussions.
* Monitor the performance of existing portfolio investments and produce regular reporting.
* Stay up to date with market trends, fund manager developments, and deal flows.
**What you will need to succeed (senior associate)**
* 4+ years of relevant experience in venture capital / growth equity fund house with experience in full deal cycle execution coming from top fund house globallly
* Experience in adopting AI into investment process
* Strong analytical abilities with proven financial modeling and valuation skills.
* Experience across both fund due diligence and direct investment preferred.
* Native Mandarin fluency with strong proficiency in English (verbal and written).
* Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
**What you will need to succeed (director)**
* 10+ years of relevant experience in venture capital / growth equity fund house with experience in full deal cycle, connections to do direct deal sourcing
* Academic / Strong direct sourcing experience from global AI centric GP
* Strong deal track record in US / Chia AI tech deals (any segment of the value chain)
* Advantangeous from major global institutions
* Experience in adopting AI into investment process
* Strong analytical abilities with proven financial modeling and valuation skills.
* Native Mandarin fluency with strong proficiency in English (verbal and written).
* Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
