Construction Manager / Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from planning and execution through to completion and handover. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with approved specifications, quality standards, and project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
* Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and construction strategies.
* Supervise daily construction activities and coordinate site operations.
* Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and performance against approved plans.
* Manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams.
* Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
* Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies at project sites.
* Identify project risks, resolve construction issues, and implement corrective actions.
* Review construction drawings, technical submissions, method statements, and project documentation.
* Manage procurement, material delivery, equipment, and manpower allocation.
* Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and project performance reviews.
* Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
* Manage project variations, claims, contractual matters, and cost control.
* Oversee testing, commissioning, project completion, and final handover.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in construction or project management.
* Proven experience managing construction projects from inception to completion.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, engineering principles, project planning, and execution.
* Experience in project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
* Familiarity with project management tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
* Strong leadership, team management, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
* Good understanding of quality assurance, health, safety, and environmental management.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects under tight deadlines.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
