Electrical Supervisor / HVAC Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor / HVAC Supervisor to oversee daily installation, maintenance, testing, and repair activities for electrical or HVAC systems. The successful candidate will ensure all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with technical specifications, project schedules, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily electrical or HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
* Coordinate site operations, manpower allocation, materials, tools, and equipment.
* Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality requirements.
* Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed according to project schedules.
* Review technical drawings, layouts, specifications, and work instructions.
* Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other site teams.
* Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning, and preventive maintenance activities.
* Identify technical issues, troubleshoot equipment failures, and implement corrective actions.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
* Monitor workmanship, material usage, and installation quality.
* Prepare daily progress reports, inspection records, and maintenance documentation.
* Lead, guide, and supervise technicians, electricians, and maintenance personnel.
* Support project handover, system performance evaluation, and operational activities.
Requirements
* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related technical discipline; equivalent technical qualifications are also acceptable.
* Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in electrical or HVAC installation, maintenance, or project supervision.
* Proven experience supervising site teams, technicians, and subcontractors.
* Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems or HVAC equipment, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and equipment manuals.
* Familiarity with testing, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and quality control procedures.
* Good understanding of workplace safety and technical compliance requirements.
* Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage site activities, manpower, and project deadlines effectively.
* Good command of written and spoken English.
