Meeting Room Booking Website (PHP + MySQL, English & Serbian)

I need a simple meeting room booking website for a company. Employees should see which rooms are free, book a room in a few clicks, and add the meeting to their calendar. A working prototype already exists (screenshots + full requirements PDF attached)... (Budget: $30 - $250 USD, Jobs: cPanel, CSS, Database Management, Email Handling, HTML, JavaScript, MySQL, PHP, Web Development, Website Design)
