You'll work at the intersection of data engineering and quantitative finance — ensuring that our research datasets are accurate, reproducible, and sensible. Responsibilities Build, maintain, and improve dataset creation pipelines for quantitative research. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and reproducibility across research and production environments. Design and build dashboards with various financial metrics for our trading team. Write and maintain execution-related code. Must-Have Qualifications STEM degree. Strong Python skills with emphasis on writing clean, maintainable code. Experience with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, Snowflake, ClickHouse, etc.). Understanding of financial instruments (FX, equities, or derivatives). Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and containerized environments (Docker). Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience with quant research. Buy/sell side experience. DevOps skills. Experience with trade execution systems or order management systems.
