Make data count for children and young people. Are you an experienced Data Analyst with strong Microsoft Fabric and Power BI skills? Do you have experience working within a local authority, particularly across SEND, Inclusion or Alternative Provision? This is an opportunity to combine your technical data skills with meaningful work that can help improve outcomes for children and young people with additional needs. You will play an important role in developing and delivering data solutions, dashboards and reporting that provide meaningful insight across SEND, Inclusion and Alternative Provision services. Working with stakeholders across the council, you will help transform complex datasets into accessible, reliable and actionable information to support service planning, performance monitoring and strategic decision-making. Key skills and experience We are particularly interested in candidates with: * Strong hands-on experience with **Microsoft Fabric**. * Excellent **Power BI** skills, including dashboard development and data modelling. * Experience developing reports, datasets and semantic models. * Strong SQL and data manipulation skills. * Experience working with complex datasets and translating data into meaningful business intelligence. * The ability to engage with stakeholders and communicate analytical findings effectively. Essential sector experience You must have experience working within a **local authority or council environment**, with direct exposure to one or more of the following: * Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). * Inclusion services.
