We are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to oversee corporate tax compliance, advisory, and tax planning activities across the business. The successful candidate will ensure tax compliance, manage tax risks, provide strategic tax advice, and support business operations in a dynamic international environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage corporate tax compliance, including tax returns, calculations, filings, and payments.
* Oversee tax reporting, tax provisions, and related financial disclosures.
* Provide tax advisory support on business transactions, restructuring, and operational activities.
* Monitor changes in tax regulations and assess their impact on business operations.
* Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the company's tax position.
* Manage tax audits, inquiries, and correspondence with relevant tax authorities.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate corporate tax risks.
* Coordinate with finance, accounting, legal, and external tax advisors.
* Review tax policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.
* Provide tax guidance and technical support to management and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
* Professional accounting or tax qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent) is preferred.
* Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in corporate taxation, tax advisory, or tax compliance.
* Strong knowledge of corporate tax principles, tax reporting, and international taxation.
* Experience in managing tax compliance, audits, and tax risk assessments.
* Good understanding of transfer pricing and cross-border tax matters.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
