**\-Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Security Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to join our team in Jubail, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, supervising, and maintaining security systems and solutions, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
**\-Key Responsibilities:**
* Review security system drawings, specifications, material submittals, method statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), RFIs, technical queries, inspection requests, and as-built drawings submitted by the contractor.
* Conduct site inspections and quality-control checks to verify compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, SAIS/HCIS Security Directives, and applicable international standards.
* Monitor the installation and integration of security systems, including CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), Security Management Systems (SMS), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), perimeter security systems, and related security infrastructure.
* Inspect and verify ICT and communication systems, including fiber optic networks, structured cabling, network switches, communication equipment, and associated infrastructure.
* Witness Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities, and review associated test reports.
* Verify the proper integration and functionality of security systems in accordance with approved designs and project requirements.
* Identify non-conforming works and follow up on NCRs, site observations, corrective actions, and punch-list items.
* Coordinate with electrical, civil, mechanical, and ICT disciplines to ensure proper interface and integration of security systems.
* Participate in project meetings, progress reviews, and coordination activities, and provide technical comments, inspection reports, and recommendations to the Project Manager.
**\- Requirements:**
* Bachelor's Degree in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Telecommunications Engineering, Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline from a recognized university.
* More than 5 years of relevant experience in security systems engineering, installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning, preferably in industrial facilities, critical infrastructure, oil & gas, or utility projects.
* Previous experience in SAIS/HCIS security projects, with practical knowledge of HCIS Security Directives and security system requirements.
* Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration (Mandatory) with a valid membership.
* ASIS Physical Security Professional (PSP) certification is preferred.
* Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, ACS, SMS, IDS, perimeter security systems, fiber optic networks, and ICT infrastructure.
* Good understanding of security system integration, testing, commissioning, and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures.
* Familiarity with applicable IEC, TIA/EIA, NFPA, and other relevant international engineering standards.
* Good communication, technical reporting, and coordination skills.
