Start: ASAP / max 01.12.2026 Assignment type: B2B Summary: The primary purpose of this role is to provide advanced ServiceNow development and implementation expertise, ensuring the platform is optimized for performance, usability, and compliance with industry standards. Main Responsibilities: Platform Development & Customization: Provide advanced hands-on development and configuration support across SPM, app engine, and Dashboards. Technical Development & QA: Review and validate development activities, ensuring code quality and compliance with approved technical designs. Follow Agile development methods utilizing ServiceNow products. Platform Optimization & Knowledge Transfer: Identify opportunities to improve platform performance and provide guidance to teams for long-term sustainability. Key Requirements: 7 years overall technical experience with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow SPM. Experience implementing the SPM module, REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, Document Management, App Engine, Dashboards, Platform Analytics, Playbooks, and workspaces. ServiceNow Certified: CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM. Nice to Have: Familiarity with Agile project methodologies. Experience in advanced troubleshooting of ServiceNow integrations. #327049
