We are looking for an experienced HCM/SuccessFactors Data Migration – Lead Consultant to join our team and take a leading role in complex HR data migration and integration projects. In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end data migration activities across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and SAP HCM, while coordinating technical and functional teams and working closely with key stakeholders. Your responsibilities Lead end-to-end HR data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, mapping, validation and loading. Take ownership of the data migration workstream and coordinate activities across technical and functional teams. Work closely with business and technical stakeholders throughout all stages of the migration. Support data replication and integration between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM. Ensure data quality and consistency throughout the migration process. Identify migration risks and dependencies and support their resolution. Contribute to the overall migration approach, planning and successful project delivery. What we are looking for Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and SAP HCM. Proven experience leading HR data migration projects or migration workstreams. Hands-on experience in end-to-end HR data migration, including extraction, transformation, mapping and loading. Good understanding of data replication and integration between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM. Experience managing stakeholders and coordinating technical and functional teams. Ability to work independently and take ownership of the assigned workstream. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in an international project environment. A strong advantage Experience with SAP BIB (Business Integration Builder). Experience with SAP CPI / Integration Suite. Hands-on knowledge of SAP Infoporter and PTP replication. Experience with SuccessFactors Import/Export. Strong knowledge of SAP HCM PA, OM and/or Payroll. Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with S/4HANA.
