This role provides hands-on exposure to real-world trading infrastructure, financial markets, and quantitative trading strategies.We welcome candidates with strong programming fundamentals and a willingness to learn. Prior experience in quantitative finance or options trading is not required.Key Responsibilities• Assist in the development, maintenance, and optimization of our options market making trading systems.

• Develop and enhance trading infrastructure components using C++ and Python.
• Support daily system operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and investigate system logs.
• Work on market data processing, order management, trade execution, and risk monitoring modules.
• Collaborate with quantitative traders and developers to implement and test new features and trading strategies.
• Contribute to system testing, debugging, documentation, and reliability improvements.Requirements• Good programming fundamentals, with experience in Python and/or C++.
• Basic understanding of data structures, operating systems, and computer networking.
• Familiarity with Linux development environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies and financial concepts.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.Nice to Have• Experience with C++ development on Linux.
• Understanding of multithreading, networking, or asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with financial markets, derivatives, or options trading.
• Experience with Git, debugging tools, or software testing.
