Join our team and play a key role in building and maintaining strong talent pipelines, particularly within the maritime industry. This role is ideal for an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter who can confidently manage full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced, professional, and fully remote environment. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers.
Qualifications:
Proven experience recruiting for both IT and non-IT roles
Familiarity with a wide range of HR systems, recruitment platforms, and sourcing tools
Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
Strong partnership skills to work closely with hiring managers and understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities
Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market research
Work Setup:
100% Work From Home
Full-time role following PH timezone
Salary:
USD 6 per hour
