**Role Description** The Senior Affiliate Marketing Lead is a part-time hybrid role based in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing affiliate programs to expand Nova Agri Tech Ltd’s market reach and drive sales of agricultural inputs. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and onboarding new affiliate partners, nurturing relationships with existing partners, and coordinating promotional campaigns tailored to different crops and regions. The Senior Affiliate Marketing Lead will track affiliate performance, analyze campaign metrics, and provide regular reports and recommendations to improve conversion rates and partner engagement. The role also involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to align affiliate strategies with overall business goals and ensure accurate, compliant representation of the company’s products.
**Qualifications**
* Strong experience in affiliate marketing, including partner recruitment, program management, and performance optimization.
* Solid background in digital marketing and online campaign execution, preferably within agriculture, agrochemicals, or related sectors.
* Good understanding of agri inputs such as fertilizers, micronutrients, pheromones, and organic manures, or willingness to learn quickly.
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using spreadsheets or analytics tools to monitor KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for working with affiliate partners, distributors, and internal teams.
* Proven ability to work independently in a hybrid setup, manage part-time hours effectively, and meet deadlines.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, or a related field; advanced certifications in digital or affiliate marketing are an advantage.
* Experience in the GCC or regional agri markets, with knowledge of local regulatory and cultural considerations, is highly beneficial.
