SPX FLOW is part of ITT Inc. **About the role** Following the acquisition of SPX FLOW by ITT, our SAP team has been given a key mission: to standardize ITT's ERP landscape on SAP. We are migrating strategic ITT businesses and sites onto SAP, integrating new applications and delivering new functionality – with a project pipeline already planned through 2028–2029. As Senior Technical Lead, you will be the technical owner of these projects. You will lead the IT delivery from requirements and solution design, through testing and go-live, to hypercare – overseeing the SAP consultants assigned to your project (dotted-line), keeping deliverables on track and helping the team solve issues when requirements, data or solutions get stuck. You will partner closely with the Project Manager and work within our Commercial, Manufacturing & Supply Chain project delivery team, with colleagues from the US to India. Location: Bydgoszcz (on-site preferred; remote work within Poland considered for the right candidate) Salary: \[20 000– 25 000\] PLN Gross / per month **Key Responsibilities** * Act as the technical owner of SAP ECC6 implementation, migration and enhancement projects – new sites, new interfaces, new features and integrations with front-end tools * Lead and coordinate SAP consultants (internal, third-party and production support) assigned to your project, ensuring deliverables are on time and compliant with company standards * Be the escalation point for the project team – facilitate solutions to issues, unmet requirements and data problems * Partner closely with the Project Manager on planning, milestones, risks, dependencies and technical workstream budgets * Define the solution architecture and technical design, aligned with our global SAP template, enterprise architecture and security standards * Lead solution design workshops and technical reviews, and facilitate Architecture Review Board (ARB) approvals * Work with business stakeholders to define and validate requirements and support Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) * Govern the quality of configuration, development, interfaces, reports, forms, workflows, data migration and documentation * Lead integrated testing (ITC, Simulation, UAT), cutover planning, go-live readiness and hypercare * Oversee system integrators and contractors, including SOW reviews and performance monitoring * Communicate technical risks, decisions and progress clearly to business, IT and executive audiences **What You Bring** * 10+ years of SAP delivery experience (PTM, PTP or RTR areas) * Strong hands-on background in SAP MM and/or PP – other logistics modules will also be considered * 5+ years in a Technical Lead, Solution Lead, Enterprise Applications Lead or Solution Architect role * Proven SAP ECC6 implementation experience, ideally on global ERP projects and SAP rollouts/migrations * Experience working with third-party implementation partners and offshore delivery teams * A senior, solution-oriented attitude – you are not afraid to take ownership and be accountable for results * Excellent communication skills – you are well-spoken, can plan and prioritize, and can translate technical topics into business language * Ability to lead and influence people without formal authority, in a matrix organization across cultures and time zones * Fluent English * Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related field * Manufacturing and Supply Chain experience strongly preferred **What We Offer** * A strategic role at the heart of ITT's ERP standardization – building the SAP foundation for the company's future growth * Long-term stability – a full pipeline of projects already planned for the coming years * Cross-functional exposure – as a Tech Lead you oversee consultants from different modules and learn the full end-to-end process chain * Career opportunities across ITT's business units and value streams * A structured onboarding with clearly defined roles and responsibilities * International projects with occasional business travel (approx. 3 trips per 6–8-month project, 1–2 weeks each) * Standard Polish working hours, with occasional flexibility when supporting projects in other time zones (US, APAC) * Private medical care * Group life and accident insurance from PLN 1 per month * Subsidized meals and beverages available in the company canteen * Annual bonus of up to 5% * Fit Profit sports card co-financed through the Company Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS) Questions?
