**About the job**
dtcpay, a leading digital payments company based in Singapore, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to oversee all aspects of our payment business.
**Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement the overall strategy for the payment business, aligning it with the company's goals and objectives.
* Build strong industry connections (preferably financial institutions, accredited investors), generate new revenue streams, and build referral channel to achieve sales targets.
* Collaborate with marketing, product and customer support teams to ensure consistent messaging and customer experience.
* Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to optimize sales and business development efforts.
* Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
**Requirements**
* At least 3 years of experience, with a proven track record of successfully leading payment businesses, preferably in the fintech or digital payments industry such as POS terminals and the payment facilitator model.
* Strong background and in-depth knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and digital payment systems.
* Analytical and self-driven with good problem-solving skills.
* Fluent in both English and Mandarin (to communicate with Chinese-speaking partners).
