Job title Candidate Resourcer and Onboarding Coordinator (Education Recruitment) Desk All education roles: Teachers, Cover Supervisors, Teaching Assistants, SEND and SEMH support, Early Years and nursery practitioners (Level 2 or above) and wider school support staff Location Cape Town, South Africa (office or remote, employed via an Employer of Record) Hours Full time, aligned to UK school hours: UK 7am to 5pm, with early starts essential for urgent cover and evening contact when bookings need it Salary R25,000 to R35,000 per month depending on experience, plus performance bonuses Reports to James (Founder) and Seb Timmins (Director) initially, working closely with the UK consultant team and Compliance About the company Our client is a Birmingham based education recruitment business, now in its fifth year and scaling nationally.
