Senior ABX Marketing Specialist
Company: Field Nation
Location: Dhaka
Team: Marketing
Type: Full-time
Who we are:
Field Nation brings companies and service professionals together through an integrated, easy-to-use platform. We support businesses looking to grow their service offerings while also empowering technicians to leverage their skills on their own terms. Our mission is to help the service delivery industry do great work, and we live that mission by doing great work for the companies and service professionals who depend on us.
Why is this role important to Field Nation?
At Field Nation, our Customer Success Managers are more than account managers — they are Trusted Advisors who earn the right to be the partner buyers call before they make a decision. Operating through three lenses — Trusted Advisor, Success Engineer, and Value Manager — the CSM role sits at the intersection of relationship, technical mastery, and commercial impact.
In a world where AI handles what is repeatable, our CSMs own what requires judgment, trust, and relationship. Using AI as a co-pilot — including Claude, Gemini, internal platform data AI tools, and other available resources — our CSMs amplify their impact across a scaled portfolio, catching risk earlier, building stronger cases for value, and showing up to every buyer conversation better prepared than ever before.
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll drive retention, adoption, and growth by building buyer relationships that make Field Nation indispensable — and by becoming the kind of partner your buyers can’t imagine operating without. This position is located in Dhaka, BD and reports to the Manager, Customer Success.
What you'll get to do:
ABX Play Design and Execution
Design and execute ABX plays for named accounts, including channel sequencing, cadence, and messaging adaptation, within the account tiers and program framework set by marketing leadership
Adapt and personalize messaging and content for named-account audiences, rather than originating net-new brand or product narrative
Partner directly with Marketing, SDRs, and AEs on named accounts to align play design with active pipeline conversations and account intelligence; maintain detailed written records of account status and next actions to support async collaboration
Translate intent signals from 6sense (or equivalent) into timely program activation, surfacing account activity and triggering personalized outreach sequences during the US business day
Build and maintain account briefs, program documentation, and SDR playbooks that are thorough enough for AEs and SDRs to act on without a live handoff conversation
Review program performance data regularly and adjust sequencing, targeting, and messaging based on what's converting to pipeline
Sales and SDR Partnership
Participate in regular named-account working sessions with US counterparts (synchronous, scheduled within overlap hours), reviewing account status, adjusting active plays, and aligning on next moves
Serve as the day-to-day ABX liaison for US-based SDRs and AEs, maintaining a working rhythm that surfaces the right account intelligence at the right time; proactively push relevant updates rather than waiting to be asked
Act as the connective tissue between Marketing's intent data and Sales' account knowledge, translating signals into clearly documented actions both teams can act on across time zones
Account Targeting and Intelligence
Help build and maintain the named-account target list in partnership with Sales, Marketing Operations, and Product Marketing, working within the ICP criteria and go-to-market priorities set by marketing leadership
Use 6sense, Salesforce, and other data sources to build account segments, identify in-market buying signals, and prioritize play sequencing
Conduct regular written account reviews with AEs to assess engagement depth and intent trends, producing documented summaries that keep US counterparts informed across time zones
ABM-Focused Events
Support focused, account-centric events, roundtables, executive dinners, and targeted field events designed to deepen relationships within named accounts
Design and execute pre-event account targeting, outreach sequencing, and post-event follow-up plays; manage logistics and communications across time zones with clear documentation and handoff protocols
Evaluate event participation through an ABX lens: which named accounts attended, what conversations advanced, and what follow-on plays to trigger
Reporting and Optimization
Track and report on ABX program performance at the account level: meetings booked, opportunities created, pipeline influenced, with written summaries designed for async review by US leadership
Maintain clean account and opportunity data in Salesforce to support attribution and play effectiveness analysis
Flag gaps in the current ABX motion and bring forward prioritized, documented recommendations for improvement
You might be a good fit if you have:
3-5 years of B2B marketing experience at a SaaS, technology, or services company supporting US/UK-based clients or a US/UK-headquartered business (not BPO, consumer, or purely local-market experience).
2+ years of hands-on ABM/ABX experience: designing and executing named-account programs, campaigns, or plays (may have been gained through ABM, demand generation, growth marketing, revenue marketing, or similar roles).
Direct AE or sales-rep partnership: has worked with individual account executives, not just sales leadership, on named accounts; can provide specific examples from prior roles.
Salesforce proficiency: navigates pipeline reports, opportunity data, and campaign attribution independently; Salesforce listed as a working tool, not aspirational.
6sense or equivalent intent platform: hands-on activation experience with a named intent platform (6sense, Demandbase, Terminus, RollWorks, or a comparable tool); candidates without 6sense specifically must demonstrate transferable intent-data logic from another platform.
Demonstrated async communication and documentation skills: prior experience working with US-based stakeholders across a significant time zone gap; produces clear, structured written updates that enable teammates to act without a follow-up call.
Advanced written English communication: produces and adapts play documentation, account briefs, and SDR enablement content at a professional standard; writing samples may be requested during screening
Availability overlap: minimum 4 hours daily overlap with US Central Time; extended overlap preferred during the onboarding period.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
