This role requires strong experience in building financial products within local regulatory frameworks, with a deep understanding of regional market dynamics, customer behavior, and operational specifics. Responsibilities Define and execute product strategy aligned with local regulatory requirements across African markets. Lead product development across different product lifecycle stages. Adapt the product offering to local market conditions and customer needs. Work closely with technology, compliance, legal, and commercial teams. Drive product-market fit within licensed local jurisdictions. Identify market opportunities and support business growth across the region. Requirements 5+ years in senior product leadership within fintech, brokerage, online trading, or financial services. Proven experience working with locally regulated financial products in Africa or comparable emerging markets. Strong understanding of regional regulatory requirements, payment infrastructure, and customer behavior. Experience launching financial products under local licensing frameworks. Strong execution skills with a commercial mindset. Preferred Direct experience working with financial regulators or licensed entities in Africa. Experience with trading or brokerage platforms.
