We are looking for a Business Analyst with German language to support enhancements to BIC applications and data solutions. In this role, you will work with business and technical teams to clarify requirements, assess impacts on data warehouse processes, and support changes from initial analysis through implementation.

Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for small enhancements to BIC applications and data solutions.
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for developers and other technical specialists.
Analyze data, interfaces, and existing data warehouse processes to assess impacts and support solution design.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, database specialists, ETL specialists, and operations teams.
Support requirements clarification, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the change lifecycle.
Proactively communicate progress, open questions, dependencies, and issues in an international, multicultural environment.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience in business or systems analysis, supported by strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Practical understanding of data warehousing and data integration concepts and processes.
Good working knowledge of Oracle SQL , with the ability to independently analyze data, validate requirements, and investigate issues.
Ability to gather requirements and translate them into clear, structured specifications for small system enhancements.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
Business English sufficient for daily collaboration, documentation, and meetings within an international team.
Business German sufficient to discuss requirements and business topics with German-speaking partners.
A proactive, structured, and patient approach to work.
Nice to have:
Experience with Informatica PowerCenter , including ETL workflows, mappings, and troubleshooting. Informatica is extensively used within BIC.
Basic Linux knowledge , including navigating directories, reviewing files and logs, and using basic operational commands.
Experience with Oracle-based BI and data warehouse environments, including interfaces between source systems and a central data warehouse.
Experience supporting testing, incident analysis, or production troubleshooting in a BI environment.
