High-Energy Texas Rock Album Cover

I'm looking for a bold and high-energy Texas country rock album cover. The main image should depict a loser football player looking at another player with his girl. The artwork style should be scratchy, reminiscent of West Texas Degenerate by Treaty Oak Revival... (Budget: $30 - $250 USD, Jobs: Adobe Illustrator, Album Design, Art Direction (Bijutsu Kantoku), Caricature & Cartoons, Graphic Design, Illustration)
