Associate - Payment Manager I

Purpose:• Experience owning site payments in a biotech, pharma, CRO, or diagnostics environment • Strong understanding of investigator payments, reconciliation, and payment issue resolution • Experience supporting clinical budgets and contracts is a plus • Comfortable working independently in a sponsor-embedded environment • 2+ years of relevant experience preferred Key Responsibilities• Manage site payments from generation through reconciliation and closeout • Handle site payment inquiries and resolve arising discrepancies • Support monthly reconciliations and payment tracking • Process Investigator payments• Work with Clinical Operations, Finance/AP, and study teams • Supporting budgets, contracts, and related payment processes as needed • Assist in improving standard processes, controls, templates, metrics, and operating practices for site payments.
