**Job Title:** Quality Foreman **Location:** Riyadh, Saudi Arabia **Company:** HolyStar Arabia, a subsidiary of Abunayyan Holding. **Role Purpose:** Coordinate and perform electrical inspections and testing across IPQC and FQC activities, ensuring effective control of nonconformists and product conformity prior to final release. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and perform daily electrical inspection and testing activities. * Review drawings, BOMs, specifications, ITPs and acceptance criteria. * Conduct factory routine tests, functional and dielectric testing. * Review inspection reports and test records. * Coordinate FAT and customer/witness inspections. * Initiate and follow up NCRs and verify implementation of corrective actions. * Provide technical guidance to QC Inspectors and Testing Technicians. * Coordinate with Production and Engineering to resolve quality issues. * Ensure proper calibration, traceability and control of QC records. * Escalate significant or recurring quality issues to QC management. * Meet the set targets of standard QC hours allocated per product type. **Education & Experience:** * **Education:** Diploma in Electrical Technology. * **Experience:** 4–5 years of experience. **Skills:** * Proficiency in MS Office. * Electrical inspection & testing | QC coordination | Troubleshooting | NCR control | FAT | QC documentation | HV safety. **Required Competencies:** * Achieve Results – Skilled * Focus on Customer – Skilled * Quality Systems and Methods – Aware * Quality Control and Inspection – Skilled * PC Software Literacy – Skilled
