Site Agent – Civils & Infrastructure **Location:** Bedford / Kempston Hardwick | Northamptonshire (Towcester / DIRFT) | Castle Donington **Sector:** Civils & Infrastructure An exciting opportunity for an experienced **Site Agent** to join a growing delivery team, working across civils and infrastructure projects. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership of site delivery, leading teams and making sure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme. **The Role** You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of site operations, working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Commercial, HSEQ, clients and subcontractors. **You’ll be involved in:** * Managing site teams, engineers, supervisors and subcontractors * Planning and sequencing works and managing short-term programmes * Overseeing RAMS, ITPs, quality and HSEQ requirements * Managing labour, plant and materials * Monitoring progress and taking corrective action where needed * Managing subcontractors, procurement and site records * Identifying variations, delays and risks * Working closely with clients, design teams and key stakeholders * Supporting project handover and close-out **What We're Looking For** * Proven experience as a **Site Agent / Site Manager** within civils or infrastructure * Experience across **highways, earthworks, S278 or similar** * HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience * **SMSTS** * **CSCS Manager-level card** * Strong understanding of civil engineering and construction methods * Good commercial and contractual awareness * Strong leadership and communication skills * Full clean driving licence Experience working with **developers, local authorities or National Highways** would be advantageous. **You’ll need to be comfortable travelling and working away when required.** If you’re an experienced Site Agent looking for your next opportunity and want to take real ownership of project delivery, **we’d love to hear from you.**
