**Role Description** The Recruiter role at PSI is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions with department leaders. This role involves building and maintaining talent pipelines for various teams such as sales, leasing, marketing, business development, and support functions, while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will also collaborate with management to understand workforce needs, support employer branding initiatives, and assist with onboarding activities. Regular reporting on recruitment metrics, adherence to company policies, and continuous improvement of recruitment practices are key aspects of the role.
**Qualifications**
* Strong talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
* Experience managing recruitment processes for sales, real estate, or professional services roles.
* Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines and relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Good organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple vacancies.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and basic HR processes.
* Knowledge of UAE labor market and, preferably, real estate industry trends.
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
* Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
* Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and collaborate effectively in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
