About the project The client runs a central, multichannel output management platform that automatically generates and distributes documents (e.g. invoices and customer letters) for internal customers and for third-party utilities. You will develop flexible, reusable, data-driven document templates that follow the client’s Corporate Design. Responsibilities Build and maintain XSL-based templates in Doxee for: responsive HTML emails PDFs for digital processing print production SMS Design modular templates with reusable components Agree template structure, variable logic and implementation rules with the project team Help design data structures and gather business requirements Connect structured XML data sources Deploy templates through standardized dev, test and production processes Document template structure, logic, placeholders and dependencies Must-have 4+ years in document or output management template development Hands-on Doxee experience, named explicitly in the CV Strong XSL/XSLT and XML Templates delivered for several output channels (HTML email, PDF, print, SMS) Experience with staged deployment (dev, test, prod) and technical documentation Nice-to-have Other CCM / output management tools (e.g. OpenText Exstream, Quadient Inspire, Messagepoint) Responsive HTML email development (HTML/CSS for email clients) Energy or utilities sector experience, especially billing and customer communication German language skills Job Description Template Creation and Maintenance Creation and maintenance of XSL-based templates using Doxee for responsive HTML emails PDFs for digital processing print production SMS messaging Implementation of modular templates with reusable components in accordance with business requirements and in compliance with design specifications Coordinating with project members regarding template structure, variable logic, and implementation specifications Contributing to the design of data structures and assisting in the development of business requirements Testing, Integration, and Deployment Integrating structured data sources (XML) Deployment of templates via standardized deployment processes (development,testing, production) Documentation of template structure, logic, placeholders, and dependencies Knowledge Transfer a) Scope of Services: Transfer and development of knowledge regarding the applications listed in this service description, the service, and the technologies and architecture guidelines used therein; Transfer and development of knowledge regarding the business processes of the applications listed in this service description; Scope of Services for the Provision of Consulting Services Doxee Platform Enabling the Client or a new service provider to begin providing the services; Training the Client (remotely); Setting up the necessary technical access.
