Accelerate banking innovation — transform complex data into powerful GenAI solutions with real-world impact! Warsaw, Wroclaw, or Poznan-based opportunity with a hybrid work model, allowing up to 3 remote days per week. As a Senior GenAI Analyst, you will be working for our client, a company in the banking sector. You will help build and roll out AI, GenAI, and data-driven solutions that support business processes and enable the practical adoption of artificial intelligence in day-to-day operations. You will work with large-scale and unstructured data, contribute to AI best practices, and help shape a data-driven culture. Your main responsibilities: Build, develop, and deploy AI and GenAI solutions supporting business processes. Create data-driven solutions processing large volumes of structured and unstructured data in an Azure Databricks environment. Design and implement LLMOps pipelines and experiment with new capabilities across the Databricks ecosystem. Prepare analyses, prototypes, and recommendations for business stakeholders. Support data teams in developing AI best practices and building a data-driven culture. Collaborate with business teams to implement AI-based solutions and business process automation. Assess when process change is a better solution than applying AI and advise stakeholders accordingly. You're ideal for this role if you have: At least 4 years of professional experience in AI, data, or a related field. Strong hands-on knowledge of tools such as GitHub Copilot, Genie Code, or similar solutions. Very good knowledge of Python and ML/AI frameworks. Experience working with large data volumes, including unstructured data. The ability to translate business needs into concrete solutions, particularly AI-based solutions. Knowledge of building end-user solutions based on generative AI and language models, including testing, harness, and alignment. End-to-end project experience, from problem analysis through implementation and rollout. Practical knowledge of building, structuring, and using knowledge bases, including defining skills and MCP. The ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable way. It is a strong plus if you have: Experience with Databricks One, AI/BI Dashboards & Genie, and Databricks Apps. Experience working with conversational data systems. Experience optimising processes and data processing for small language models. Language Required for the role: Polish — required; English — communicative level.
