Operation Manager

**Responsibilities**
* Prepare financial statements, financial budget, financial forecast and related financial analysis in accordance with internal guidelines and polices
* Conduct treasury management, including bank account opening and maintenance, cash management, ect.
* Manage banking relationships and associated matters
* Post-investment management of company’s proprietary investment that related to finance team’s responsibility
* Coordinate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and supporting information.
* Financial analysis and ad hoc projects as assigned by the Company.
**Requirements:**
* Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent
* 5 years of solid accounting/financial work experiences in finance / banking or non-banking field with sound knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
* Proficiency in Microsoft office
* Proficiency in both English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
* CPA,CFA holder are preferred
* Candidates with less experience will be considered for junior position
