Real autonomy, a clear mandate, and the expectation to deliver — not just plan. There's also an opportunity to shape how product management works across the wider business as it scales, coaching stakeholders away from gut-feel decisions and towards evidence-based thinking. If you want to leave a mark, this is the role to do it in. **What they need** Solid experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in e-commerce, with a genuine track record of shipping products at pace. Strong commercial instincts, a good feel for mobile commerce, and confidence running a backlog in an agile team. Entrepreneurial, high ownership, bias for action. You will need to be located close to Bracknell so you can become a part of their culture and be onsite working hand in glove with people 2-3 days a week.
