**Role Description** The Localization Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for planning, managing, and executing localization projects that adapt BIF content, communications, and resources for diverse markets and languages. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating translation workflows, overseeing localization testing, and aligning localized materials with global standards and local cultural expectations. The Localization Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery, consistent quality, and effective communication across all localized assets. The role also involves establishing best practices, monitoring performance metrics, and continuously improving localization processes to support BIF’s international growth and outreach.
**Qualifications**
* Candidates should possess strong Translation and Localization skills to adapt content accurately and culturally appropriately.
* Candidates should possess Localization Testing and quality assurance skills to validate language, functionality, and user experience.
* Candidates should possess Globalization and internationalization skills to support scalable, multi-market content and systems.
* Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
* Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, track, and deliver localization initiatives on time and within scope.
* Experience with localization tools, CAT tools, and content management systems is beneficial.
* Background in business transformation, change management, or related fields is an advantage.
* Bachelor’s degree in Localization, Linguistics, Business, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
* Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.
