Summary: This role focuses on hands-on development and optimization of ServiceNow modules, particularly in ITSM and related areas, for both Senior and Expert level developers. The main goal is to ensure high-quality platform performance and compliance while facilitating knowledge transfer and documentation. Main Responsibilities: Platform Development & Customization: Configure and develop solutions across ServiceNow modules employing best practices. Technical Development & QA: Review customizations, scripts, and workflows for quality assurance, including writing and executing test scripts. Platform Optimization & Knowledge Transfer: Improve platform usability and efficiency while providing documentation and guidance to teams. Follow Agile development methodologies while utilizing ServiceNow products. Key Requirements: 7 years of overall technical experience with 5+ years in ITSM ServiceNow development. Hands-on experience with ITSM, Portals, REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, Document Management, App Engine, Dashboards, Platform Analytics, Playbooks, and Workspaces. ServiceNow Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM. Nice to Have: Experience implementing CSM and SPM modules. Additional ServiceNow certifications: CIS-CSM, CIS-SPM.
