You'll develop relationships with physicians and their staff, represent the clinic at local events, and help shape our presence in the community. You'll have real ownership of your territory, the backing of a national brand, and the flexibility of a locally owned clinic.
We're looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building meaningful relationships, and taking initiative. Your success will be measured by the relationships you develop, the quality and consistency of your outreach, and the growth of new physician referrals.
**Compensation & Benefits**
* $45,000 - $55,000 annual base salary
* Performance-based bonus opportunities

**Responsibilities**
* Territory & Visit Planning: Plan and manage regular visits to physician offices and other potential referral partners throughout the territory, adjusting visit frequency based on each office's preferences and opportunities.
* Physician & Office Relationships: Meet in person with physicians and their staff, introduce FYZICAL's services, understand their patients' needs, and develop lasting relationships that generate new referrals and strengthen existing partnerships.
* Clinic Coordination: Work closely with the clinical team to keep referring offices informed, deliver documentation such as plans of care and thank-you notes, and ensure a positive experience for our referral partners.
* Community Engagement: Identify and attend local wellness events, connect with community organizations and business owners, and create opportunities to introduce FYZICAL to new audiences.
* Online Presence: Coordinate social media, monitor online reviews, and help manage website inquiries to strengthen the clinic's visibility and reputation in the community.
* Referral Growth: Identify new referral opportunities, track outreach activity, maintain accurate relationship records, and expand the clinic's referral network through consistent, thoughtful engagement.

**Qualifications**
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Some college coursework or a degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
* Experience in healthcare, physician relations, business development, marketing, or community outreach is a plus
