We are currently looking for a motivated, organised, and people-oriented **HR Generalist** to join our growing team in Dubai!
**Location:** Dubai, UAE
**What you'll do**
* Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee documentation.
* Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, and visa processes.
* Handle employee relations, queries, and HR support.
* Coordinate performance management and PIP processes.
* Support payroll, HR reporting, and HRMS updates.
* Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
**What We're looking for**
* 2– 4 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
* Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR operations.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Previous experience in real estate or property brokerage is an advantage.
