**Company Description**
Credence Consultancy is a well established professinal Recruitment company. On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit a Finance Manager. Our client is a well established and growing company in the business of tinting films. To facilitate their growth plans, they would like to recruit a dynamic candidate who can look at all aspects of Finance and Accounting of the company
**Role Description**
The Finance Manager will have the following responsibilities
* **Accounting and reporting**:
Oversee daily accounting operations, reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing, and the preparation of accurate financial statements and management reports.
* **Team management:**
Lead, supervise, and develop the accounts team, ensuring clear responsibilities, accuracy, and timely completion of work.
**• Cash flow and working capital:**
Plan and monitor cash flow, supplier payments, customer collections, and funding requirements to support business operations and growth.
**• Receivables and credit control:**
Oversee customer credit limits, outstanding balances, and collection follow-ups to reduce overdue payments and financial risk.
• **Budgeting and forecasting:**
Prepare budgets and financial forecasts, monitor performance against targets, and explain significant variances to management.
• **Inventory and costing:**
Oversee inventory accounting, landed costs, stock valuation, and stock ageing in coordination with the purchasing, sales, and warehouse teams.
• **Business analysis and growth**:
Analyse product and customer profitability, sales margins, operating costs, and proposed investments. Recommend practical actions to improve performance and assess new business opportunities.
• **Management support**:
Provide clear financial insights to support decisions on pricing, purchasing, expansion, and resource allocation.
• **Tax Compliance and audits**:
Manage tax compliance, coordinate with external auditors and advisers, and ensure financial records and filings are accurate and completed on time.
• **Controls and process improvement**:
Maintain strong internal controls, improve accounting procedures and systems, and oversee banking relationships and finance facilities.
**Qualifications**
* Candidates should be a qualified CA
* Candidates should possess 4 plus years of experience of which at least 2 must be at a managerial level
* Knowledge of Tally
* Experience with UAE Taxation
